Every date on these pages says which it is: checked against the state’s own circular, taken from a public dataset, or a projection for a year no government has gazetted. Most holiday sites cite one source under a whole table. A source under a table is not a source for every row in it.

Why the labels are there
Malaysia’s states gazette their own holidays, and they publish the following year late in the year before. So for part of every year the honest answer to “when is Hari Raya next year” is a projection — and a page that states a projection as settled fact is worse than one that admits it, because you cannot tell which you are reading. Dates set by moon sighting can move even after they are gazetted, and where that applies the row says so.
